Blanco Court Prawn Noodle

There are some food spots you keep going back to, and for me, Blanco Court Prawn Mee is one of them.

No matter how many times I visit, it never disappoints. Every bowl delivers that same rich, flavourful broth that feels comforting from the first sip to the last. It’s the kind of taste that stays consistent over time — and that’s what keeps me coming back.

My go-to order is always their prawn bee hoon or mee soup. The broth is deeply savoury, packed with that natural sweetness from the prawns, and just hits all the right notes. One thing I really appreciate? You can actually refill the soup for free, which makes the whole experience even more satisfying.

Of course, the prawns deserve a mention too — fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked every time.

If you’re feeling a little indulgent, you can also go for their jumbo prawn noodles — definitely worth it for the extra plump, juicy prawns.

And if you’re dining with friends, don’t miss out on ngoh hiang as a sharing dish. Is actually a stall right beside — East Coast Ngoh Hiang 东海岸五香 — where you can pick and choose a variety of freshly fried items to go with your noodles. It’s the perfect combo to complete the meal.

Honestly, this place has earned its spot as my all-time favourite prawn mee. Simple, reliable, and always so good. 🦐

It is also well known among tourists, many of whom make a special trip here just to enjoy the prawn noodles.
