Marrybrown MB at Sunway Lagoon Theme Park was our choice for a lunch after spending about half a day enjoying the exciting attractions at Sunway Lagoon Theme Park in Kuala Lumpur. With our stomachs starting to rumble and calling out for food, we decided to take a break and refuel before continuing our adventure. With a few food options available within the theme park, Marrybrown MB offered a convenient and comforting choice for our hungry tummies.
Sunway Lagoon – A Day Filled with Fun and Adventure
Sunway Lagoon is a popular destination where you can experience thrilling rides, wildlife encounters, splash-filled adventures and night parks all in one place.
With so much to explore, it is easy to spend hours moving from one attraction to another. After a fun-filled morning and half a day of activities, however, we were more than ready for a proper meal.
That was when we decided to check out Marrybrown MB, a convenient choice within Sunway Lagoon Theme Park.
Marrybrown MB at Sunway Lagoon
Marrybrown MB is a halal-certified Malaysian fast-food brand known for its chicken, burgers, noodles and other comforting favourites. At the Sunway Lagoon outlet, Marrybrown MB menu offers a selection of familiar dishes that are perfect for refuelling during a busy day at the theme park.
Since we were hungry, we ordered a variety of items to share.
Cheesy Burger
The Cheesy Burger was one of our picks. It came with a chicken patty topped with a creamy cheese sauce, together with fresh lettuce and mayonnaise.
The creamy cheese sauce added extra richness to the chicken patty, while the fresh lettuce gave the burger a little crunch. It was a simple yet satisfying burger, especially after working up an appetite at the theme park.
Jumbo Meal
For a hearty feast, we went for the Jumbo Meal which comes with a delicious spread of MB Crispy Chicken, a chicken burger, onion rings, crispy fries and a fresh vegetable salad. With so many different items on one platter, it was a great option for sharing and perfect for satisfying our hunger.
The fries were crispy and flavourful, making them an easy side dish to enjoy alongside the burger and chicken items.
Mushroom Soup
We also ordered the Mushroom Soup, which was a comforting addition to our meal. After spending hours walking around and enjoying the attractions at the water theme park, a warm bowl of creamy mushroom soup was especially satisfying and gave us a chance to recharge before continuing our fun-filled day.
Original Tenders
For the chicken lovers, we also tried the Original Tenders. The tender and juicy chicken strips were flavourful and easy to enjoy, making them a great choice for sharing. They also paired well with the crispy fries, making the combination a satisfying addition to our meal.
Bubur Ayam MB
The Bubur Ayam MB was another comforting choice. The chicken porridge had a smooth and creamy texture, topped with juicy chicken strips that added a satisfying savoury flavour. It was a warm and hearty dish.
It was a lighter option compared with the burger and fried chicken but still filling enough to satisfy our hunger.
Mi Kari MB
The Mi Kari MB was one of the more interesting choices for me and also my favourite at Marrybrown Mb. The curry noodle soup was slightly creamy, infused with fragrant spices and a hint of chilli, giving the broth a pleasant kick without being overly spicy. The noodles came with chicken fillers and a half-boiled egg, adding extra richness to the dish.
A Satisfying Meal at Sunway Lagoon
After half a day of thrilling rides, attractions and walking around Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, our meal at Marrybrown MB was certainly satisfying. From the cheesy chicken burger and crispy fries to the comforting Bubur Ayam BM and flavourful Mi Kari MB, there was something for everyone at the table.
